Then apply now to be part of the inaugural FinTech Boot Camp this October 23 – 28, 2016 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Digital Financial Services Innovation Lab will bring together 10 purpose-driven entrepreneurs to participate in DFS Lab’s Fintech Boot Camp to build innovative products, services and technologies for low-income consumers using the Design Sprint methodology in a 5-day workshop to design, prototype and test new ideas.

Entrepreneurs will go through a process of structured ideation to answer critical business questions, using rapid prototyping and UI/UX mockup support to create quick prototypes for representative customers, getting actual feedback to see quickly if there is real potential for for scale.

This high-intensity program will provide entrepreneurs with the very best hands-on support and guidance from top flight mentors to help bring their ideas to life. Participation in the Fintech Boot Camp also includes flights, healthy meals, accommodation and fun! The best ideas will receive grant funding of up to USD $100,000 and six months of additional support from the DFS Lab.
