Failure. No one likes to admit they failed. Yet, failure is normal. We all fail. More importantly, we must fail! Failure is the only true mark of leadership, innovation, and risk-taking in pushing the boundaries of what is possible in scaling ideas from pilots to global programs.

So we must celebrate failure. Hence Fail Fest 2014.

This will be the 4th annual Fail Fest DC. And the 10th (or more) fail event in international development. It will be a celebration, complete with 300 roaring fans cheering on a bevy of development leaders, all lubricated with an open bar and tasty nibbles. A select few will even have VIP lounge seating for the show.
