Digital Technologies for Resilience

The Digital Technologies for Resilience Workshop is back for its second year in Bangkok, Thailand on November 27-28, 2018 to identify digital technologies that have the potential to enhance resilience outcomes, particularly in Asia.

Last year’s workshop was joined by more than 70 organizations, representing implementers, tech firms, donors and academics from across Asia and beyond. Check out these perspectives from participants to know what you missed out on last year.

This year is all about interactivity – the action-packed agenda is full of opportunities for you to share your work and learn from others. We’re also going to be taking a deep dive into sustainability. You have the opportunity to:

  • Showcase your work during extended morning breaks.
  • Host a table during our Getting Stuff Done session.
  • Work together in small teams on real challenges being faced in the field.

If you are ready to share, learn and solve problems with your peers, then this is the workshop for you. Participants will be expected to be actively engaged throughout the two days to maximize opportunities for networking and (hopefully) future shared action.

Please register now!

Like last year, we’re aiming to keep this workshop intimate, so we’ll be capping attendance at just 80 participants. We are very intentional about who is invited, as we want to make sure that we have a diverse and balanced group of participants in the room, and ensure that you to leave on the second day feeling energized with a lot of business cards to follow up with.

This year’s workshop is being organized by FHI 360 with financial support and technical input from the Rockefeller Foundation. The Digital Impact Alliance (DIAL) is also contributing to the design and implementation of the workshop as a resource partner.
